We do not offer cash REFUNDS, however Maxivive will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by customer. For an exchange, mail out your item within five (5) days from receipt of original order to communication@maxivive.com

Items must be returned with all Maxivive tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as dust bags.

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You would be responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment.
