  • Order Modification and Cancellation
    By Maxivive: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any pre-order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability or payment issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
    By Customer: You may cancel your pre-order before final payment is made. The 50% deposit is non-refundable except in cases where Maxivive cancels the order.
